When you shop on Provzo we collect what you share with us: your name, email address, mobile number (for OTP login and delivery updates), delivery addresses, order history and support tickets. Payment details are processed by our payment partners — Provzo never stores your card number.
We use your information to fulfil orders, provide order tracking and delivery updates, process returns and refunds, respond to support tickets, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send you offers and newsletters. We may use anonymous, aggregated data to improve the store.
We share only what is necessary with the courier partners who deliver your orders, our payment gateway for processing payments, analytics and advertising providers (such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense) for measuring store performance and showing ads, and email/communication providers who deliver your order updates.
