Local services marketplace
Find someone who can actually fix it.
Provzo connects you with independent service providers near you — 131 services across 14 categories, in 4 languages. Describe the problem in your own words. A provider accepts, turns up, and you pay them in cash when the work is done.
Address entry covers 767 districts. Whether a provider is available depends on approved providers in your district.
How a booking works
Five steps, and you can see every one of them.
The app shows the same status the provider is setting, as they set it.
Describe the problem
Type or speak it in your own language, or pick from the catalogue. The assistant can suggest a category, and may suggest safe checks that could fix it without a visit.
Choose a provider
You see providers approved for that service in your district, with their rating from completed jobs.
Send the request
You pick a day and time. The booking stays Waiting for provider until somebody accepts it — it is a request, not a confirmation.
Track the visit
Once accepted you get the provider’s verified mobile number. While they travel you can watch their position on a map. If they send a team member instead, you see who is coming before they knock.
Pay cash, then rate
You pay the provider directly after the work. You can rate the job once.
Categories
14 categories, 131 services.
Three ways in
Customers, providers, and the people who work for them.
Customers
Book a service, track the visit, pay cash when it is done. What customers get
Service providers
Take jobs in the categories you work in, across your district. Apply as a provider
Provider teams
Workers join a provider with a private code and see only the jobs assigned to them. How teams work
Good to know
Three things worth knowing before you book.
- Cash only. There is no online payment, wallet, escrow or refund flow in the app.
- Approved is not verified. Provider approval means approved for marketplace listing. It is not identity, licence, background or government verification.
- Availability is not guaranteed. A booking is a request until a provider accepts it.

Assistant
Say what is wrong, not what it is called.
"The tap keeps dripping" is enough. The assistant maps it to a category, asks at most one question, and suggests safe checks first — because a closed inlet tap should not cost you a visit.
