An order is confirmed when you complete checkout and receive an order number (PVZ-XXXXXX). Provzo supports pay on delivery and prepaid options where available. Prices shown in INR include applicable taxes; shipping is free on orders above ₹499 and charged transparently otherwise.
We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but a listing may occasionally be wrong or an item may sell out. If we cannot fulfil an order at the listed price we will contact you before proceeding or refund you in full.
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and in order tracking. Every product is covered by our 7-day easy replacement policy (see Returns & Replacement) and, where applicable, the manufacturer warranty shown on the product page.
