Provzo ships worldwide. During checkout you can verify delivery for your address before you pay; the estimated date shown there is what we commit to once your order is packed.
Shipping is FREE on all orders of ₹499 or more. Orders below ₹499 are charged a flat ₹49 delivery fee. If every item in your cart carries a free-delivery badge, shipping is free regardless of order value.
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Most destinations arrive in 2–5 days; remote regions may take slightly longer. You get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel is dispatched.
Pay on delivery is available in many regions. Keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives. A nominal fee may apply on some orders and is always shown at checkout before you place the order.
Use the Track Order link in the top bar (order number + mobile), the live timeline inside your account, or the tracking link emailed to you on dispatch. Zora, our 24×7 AI assistant, can also pull the latest status for you any time.
If your parcel crosses its estimated date, write to us with your order number and we will locate it with the courier within one working day. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit you are offered a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.
