Provzo

The app

Provzo is the app. This site describes it.

Every booking, every provider match and every payment happens in the Provzo app. This website is a description of it — you cannot book, sign up or pay anywhere on these pages.

Where the product stands

What works today, and what is being built.

Provzo is under active development. Rather than leave that to be inferred, here is the whole picture in one table — it is the same status the policy pages state, and it is what a payment reviewer should read first.

Payment today is cash, handed to the provider after the work is completed. The Razorpay integration is in progress: merchant onboarding is complete and the in-app checkout is the piece currently being built. Until it ships in a released build, no online payment can be collected, and none of these pages claim otherwise. How payment will work.

Three roles, one app

The same build serves all three.

You are not asked to download a different app depending on who you are. The role is chosen after sign-in, and each one gets its own workspace.

Customer

Search the catalogue, describe the job, enter an address, and watch the booking move from pending through accepted and on the way to completed. Rate the work once at the end. For customers.

Service provider

Apply with identity, category and service-area details. Once approved for listing, accept or decline requests, keep booking status accurate, and assign a named technician before work begins. For providers.

Provider team

A provider running a team can add staff, assign jobs and supervise them, with access and privacy rules enforced per member rather than shared. For teams.

How a booking runs

Request to completion.

  1. Sign in with a phone number

A mobile number and a one-time code. There is no password to forget, and no visitor account on this website at all.

  2. Pick a service and describe the job

Search across 131 services in 14 categories. The catalogue understands colloquial names, so typing “fridge” finds refrigerator repair.

  3. Enter the address

Addresses are supported in 767 districts across all 36 states and union territories. An optional location fix helps a provider find you. Coverage.

  4. A provider accepts

The request goes to providers approved for that category in that district. Acceptance is not automatic — a provider can decline, and nobody is charged for a request that was never accepted.

  5. The work happens at your address

Nothing is shipped. Delivery means attendance. The booking state changes as the provider travels and arrives. Service delivery.

  6. You pay on completion

Cash to the provider today; Razorpay once the checkout ships. Then one rating. Pricing.

Inside the app

What it does that this website cannot.

4 languages, translated by hand

English (English), Malayalam (മലയാളം), Hindi (हिन्दी), Tamil (தமிழ்). Navigation, the booking flow, the assistant and every safety message are translated. Service names and policy text stay in English on purpose. Why.

An assistant that works offline

It explains how a booking works, what a status means and what a policy says. Its safety guidance is available without a connection, because that is when it matters most. It is not an emergency service. Assistant.

Safety built into the flow

A danger-word check on what you type, emergency numbers surfaced rather than buried, and provider contact details revealed only after acceptance. Safety.

10 policies, 64 clauses, in the app

The full policy set is bundled and readable inside the app, and the revision you accepted is recorded against your account — not left on a website you might never visit. Policies.

Live job tracking

A provider's travel position is shared while a job is on the way and stops being shared when it ends. It is not continuous location tracking.

Named technicians

A provider running a team assigns a specific person before work begins, and the person who attends has to match the disclosed assignment.

Honest limits

What Provzo does not do.

Worth reading before you rely on it, and the reason several of these appear in the policies too.

  • Provzo does not perform the work. Providers are independent, and Provzo is the marketplace.
  • Approval means approved for marketplace listing — not identity, licence, background or government verification.
  • Availability is not guaranteed. Coverage means an address can be entered, not that somebody is free.
  • There is no travel radius enforced, so agree distance and access with the provider.
  • Support cannot set a price, take a payment or issue a refund on a cash booking.
  • The assistant is guidance, not professional advice, and never an emergency service.
