Shipping and delivery

Nothing is shipped. Someone attends.

Provzo is a services marketplace, not a shop. There is no parcel, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery charge, because there is nothing in transit.

This page exists because payment processors and customers both ask for a delivery policy, and the honest answer for a services marketplace is not the usual one. Delivery here means a provider attending the address on your booking and performing the recorded work.

What delivery means

A provider at your address, at the agreed time.

  1. You record an address

    A booking carries the address the work happens at, in a district the app covers. An optional location fix can help a provider find you; it is not required to book.

  2. A provider accepts

    Requests go to approved providers for the category and area. Acceptance is not automatic — a provider can decline, and no attendance is guaranteed until one accepts.

  3. You can see the state change

    The booking moves through pending, accepted, on the way and completed. A provider's travel position is visible while a job is on the way, and stops being shared when it ends.

  4. The provider marks it complete

    Completion is recorded on the booking, and you can then submit one rating. That record is what support works from if something is disputed.

Timing

Attendance windows depend on the provider, the service category and the district. An electrical fault and a full house deep clean do not schedule the same way, so the app does not promise a single national arrival time it could not keep. The time you see is the one agreed on your booking.

Coverage

Addresses can be entered across 36 states and union territories and 767 districts. Coverage means an address can be recorded there — see coverage. It is not a promise that a provider in that district is free right now.

If nobody attends

If a provider does not arrive, report it. On a cash booking nothing has been charged. On a digital payment, non-attendance is grounds for a refund — see the refund policy.

Rescheduling

You can cancel while a request is pending or after it is accepted, but not once the provider has marked that they are on the way. The app does not currently have an automated rescheduling flow — contact the provider and support.
