You do not need the right word for it.

Type "fridge" and you get refrigerator repair. Say it in Malayalam, Hindi or Tamil. Describe the symptom and let the assistant work out the category.

What you get

Enough information to decide.

  • Sign in with your mobile number. A six-digit SMS code, no password to forget.
  • Providers approved for that service in your district, with a rating built only from completed bookings.
  • A phone number when it matters. You get the provider’s verified number when they accept — not a directory of numbers to be scraped.
  • A map while they travel, and a clear label when the pin has stopped updating.
  • The name of whoever is actually coming. If the provider assigns a team member, you see that before they arrive.
  • Your language, remembered. The choice is stored on the device and survives signing out.

What to expect from us

And what not to.

  • Cash only. There is no online payment, wallet, escrow or refund flow in the app.
  • Approved is not verified. Provider approval means approved for marketplace listing. It is not identity, licence, background or government verification.
  • Availability is not guaranteed. A booking is a request until a provider accepts it.
The assistant’s safety check looks for explicit danger words in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil before it does anything else. It is a narrow net, not a complete safety system. In an emergency in India, call 112.

Your data

What is collected, and for how long.

Mobile number
Verified by SMS. It is how you sign in and how a provider reaches you about a job.
Address
Copied onto the booking rather than referenced, so changing your address later cannot rewrite where a past job happened.
Location
Optional. Read only if you have already granted permission, never by prompting mid-booking. A missing pin just means the provider works from the written address.
Provider travel location
Stored only while a job is on the way, and deleted in the same write that starts or completes the work.
Ratings
One per completed booking, kept as part of the record.
