Provzo

Pricing

You see the amount before you confirm.

Provzo prices per booking, not per month. There is no subscription, no membership and no charge for having the app.

How an amount is set

Recorded on the booking, agreed with the provider.

Provzo covers 131 services across 14 categories, and a fair price for a blocked drain is not a fair price for a full house repaint. So the catalogue does not publish one national price list — the amount is recorded on the booking you are looking at.

  1. The booking shows an amount

A request records either a service price or a starting price for the category. That is the figure the app shows you, and it is stored on the booking rather than quoted verbally.

  2. You confirm the scope with the provider

Before work begins, check what the amount covers — labour, materials, or both. A starting price is a floor for the category, not a ceiling for every job in it.

  3. Extra work is a separate agreement

If the job turns out to need more than was recorded, that is agreed between you and the provider before it happens. Do not approve unrecorded work without understanding what it costs.

  4. You pay on completion

Cash to the provider after the work is what the app presents today. Digital payment is processed by Razorpay.
