Provzo

Safety

In an emergency, do not wait for a booking.

Provzo is a way to arrange a tradesperson. It is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch help.

In India, call 112 for emergency help, or 108 for an ambulance. Move to safety first. Do not touch exposed wiring, investigate a gas smell, or re-enter a dangerous space.

Before the visit

  • Describe the problem accurately, including anything that makes it risky.
  • Agree the scope, and anything extra, directly with the provider before work starts.
  • Check who is coming. If a team member was assigned, their name is on the booking.

During the visit

  • Keep children and pets away from the work area.
  • Stop work if something looks unsafe, and call the relevant emergency number if there is immediate danger.
  • Pay only the recorded amount, in cash, after the work is finished.

Reporting a concern

What the app cannot do yet.

A report to support is not emergency dispatch. It does not guarantee an immediate response, and it does not replace police, medical, fire, consumer or other lawful remedies. For immediate danger, call the emergency number first.
