Provzo

For service providers

Take the jobs you actually do.

Pick your trades and your district. Accept or decline each request. Send a team member when you cannot go yourself. Collect cash directly, with nothing deducted by Provzo.

Getting listed

Applying, and what approval means.

  1. Register with your mobile number

The same SMS sign-in as customers, then choose the provider role.

  2. Choose your trades and district

Select the categories you work in. You can change these later, before or after approval.

  3. Wait for review

Your application starts as pending. You can see it in the app the whole time — you are not left guessing.

  4. Get listed

Once approved, customers in your district searching your categories can find you and send requests.

Approval means approved for marketplace listing only. It is not a government identity check, a licence verification, a background check or a trade-credential verification. You remain responsible for holding every licence your work legally requires.

Your workspace

Everything is realtime.

  • Requests arrive as they are made. Accept or decline each one.
  • An overview of new requests, active jobs, work scheduled today and completed jobs, counted from real bookings.
  • Your rating and review count, from completed bookings only.
  • Job history filtered by completed, cancelled and declined, with the recorded value of completed work.
  • Your team: pending requests, active members, and who is assigned to what.
  • Location sharing you can see. It starts when you mark a job on the way and stops when you start work. There is no switch to forget.

Money

Cash, in full, directly to you.

  • Collect the recorded amount in cash from the customer after the work.
  • Provzo takes no commission through the app, because no money passes through the app.
  • There is no wallet, payout, withdrawal or settlement feature. Any figure shown is the recorded value of completed bookings, not a balance owed to you.
  • There is no in-app cancellation or no-show fee to collect.

What a payment gateway would require

What is expected

The parts customers judge you on.

  • Only accept work you are competent and lawfully permitted to do.
  • Confirm the scope and any extra materials with the customer before starting. Extra work is a separate agreement between you and them.
  • Keep the status honest, because the customer is watching it.
  • Treat the customer’s address and phone number as need-to-know, for that job only.
  • If you send a team member, assign them in the app so the customer knows who is arriving.
