Assignment, access, privacy and supervision rules

Revision 2026-08-19.3 · effective 19 August 2026 · 5 sections

Provider-controlled team relationship

A provider invites, approves, assigns, supervises and may revoke its team members. Provzo membership is access to assigned marketplace work; it does not establish employment by Provzo or prove identity, qualification, licensing, background checks or government verification.

Assigned-job access only

Active staff may view and update only jobs assigned to their membership. They must not accept, decline, cancel, reassign or alter booking prices. Credentials and invite codes must not be shared or used for another person.

Customer data and location

Names, phone numbers, addresses, notes and location are confidential and may be used only to complete the assigned job. Staff must keep status accurate. Travel location may be published only while marked On the way and stops when work starts; it must not be copied or used for tracking.

Conduct, competence and supervision

Staff must identify themselves consistently with the disclosed assignment, respect customers and property, and perform only safe, lawful work they are competent and authorized to perform. The provider remains responsible for assignment, supervision and the conduct of its team.

Incidents and loss of access

Immediate danger must be handled through emergency services first. Staff must preserve relevant booking details and notify their provider and the verified support channel when available. Access may be removed after a membership is revoked or for misuse, unsafe conduct or confidentiality breaches.
