Cookies and local storage
What this site keeps in your browser
Website policy · 5 sections
1. No cookies are set by this site
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics product, no advertising pixel, no social embed and no third-party tracker on these pages. Nothing here follows you between sites, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner.
2. What is stored locally, and why
If you use support chat, the identifier of your conversation is stored in your browser’s local storage so that reloading the page continues the same thread instead of starting a new one. The chat provider also stores a sign-in token for the anonymous session that chat creates for you.
Clearing site data removes both. Chat will still work afterwards, but the earlier conversation will no longer be linked to your browser.
3. Third parties involved in chat
Support chat is built on Google Firebase, which provides the anonymous sign-in and stores the messages. Loading chat therefore contacts Google servers and, as with any web request, your IP address is visible to them.
The rest of this website makes no third-party requests at all: the stylesheet, scripts, emblem and search index are served from the same site. There are no web fonts loaded from elsewhere.
4. Server logs
Whoever hosts this site may keep standard access logs, which typically include IP address, timestamp and the page requested. That is a function of hosting rather than a choice made on these pages.
5. The app is separate
What the Provzo app collects on a phone — the verified mobile number, the booking address, an optional location fix and a provider’s travel position while a job is on the way — is covered by the app’s privacy policy, not by this page.
