Acceptable use

1. Use it as intended

Read the pages, search the catalogue, and use support chat to ask a genuine question. That is the whole intended use.

2. Do not attack the site or its users

Do not attempt to gain access to the support console, another person's conversation, or any part of the underlying database that is not published to you. Do not probe, scan or load-test this site or its backend without written permission.

Do not attempt to bypass the security rules that separate one conversation from another, or to impersonate a support agent.

3. Do not misuse support chat

Do not send abuse, threats, sexual content, spam or advertising through chat. Do not send anybody else’s personal information. Do not use chat to attempt fraud, or to arrange payment outside the app.

Conversations that break these rules may be closed without a reply, and access to chat may be withdrawn.

4. Do not scrape or resell

Do not use automated tools to harvest the service catalogue, the district lists or the policy text for a competing directory. The pages are here to be read by people.

5. Do not send us secrets

Never send passwords, card numbers, bank details, one-time codes or identity documents through support chat. Provzo takes no payments and nobody from support will ever ask you to transfer money or share a code.
