Rules for using this website
Website policy · 10 sections
1. Who these terms are between
This website is published for Provzo, a local-services marketplace operated under the display name Alins Enterprises. By using this site you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
These website terms are separate from the marketplace policies bundled in the Provzo app. Where a booking, a payment or a provider's conduct is concerned, the app's policies apply.
2. What this site is
This site is informational. It describes the Provzo marketplace, lists the service categories the app supports, shows which districts can be entered as an address, publishes the policy text that ships with the app, and provides a support chat.
You cannot book a service, create an account, or pay for anything on this website. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work, and no page here forms a contract for a service.
3. No registration
This site does not ask visitors to register. There is no visitor sign-up, no visitor password, and no visitor profile. The support chat works without an account.
The one sign-in on this site is at the support console, which is for authorised Provzo support staff only. Do not attempt to sign in there unless an administrator has issued you an account.
4. Accuracy and change
Service names, category groupings, district lists and policy text on this site are generated from the Provzo application source, so they reflect what the app contained when the site was last built. The app is developed continuously and may change after a build.
Where this site and the app disagree about a policy, the version presented inside the app at the time you accepted it governs your use of the app.
5. No warranty on site content
This site is provided as it is. No promise is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every page is current. Information here is general and is not professional, legal, electrical, structural, medical or financial advice.
Availability of any service, provider or district on this site is descriptive. It is not a guarantee that anybody can attend.
6. Intellectual property
The Provzo name, the emblem, the wordmark, the site design, the written copy and the arrangement of the service catalogue belong to the operator. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference.
You may not present this material as your own, use the Provzo name or emblem to imply endorsement or partnership, or copy the site to run a competing or impersonating service.
7. Links out
This site links to emergency numbers and may link to external references. Linked material is not under the operator’s control, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Limits
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including loss of profit, data or opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, or any liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The version published here is the current one. Material changes will be reflected on this page rather than announced separately.
10. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and the forum for disputes are not yet stated on this site. That is a decision for the operator with qualified legal advice, and it will be published here once settled rather than guessed at now.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected in the meantime.
