Grievance redressal
If support did not settle it.
Three stages, in order. Each one expects the previous one to have been tried, so starting at the top does not make it faster.
Stage 1 — Support
Open support chat and describe what happened, with the booking reference. Most matters end here, and the officer at stage 2 will ask what support already told you. Chat keeps a written record of the exchange.
Stage 2 — Grievance officer
If support's answer did not resolve it, write to the grievance officer named below. Include the booking reference, what you asked support, what support said, and what outcome you are looking for. A specific account is acted on faster than a general complaint.
Stage 3 — Consumer forum
Your statutory rights are unaffected by these stages. If the outcome still does not satisfy you, you may approach the appropriate consumer redressal forum. Nothing on this page limits a right you have under law.
