Payments
Paying happens in the app.
Payment is part of a booking, and bookings live in the Provzo app. You cannot pay for anything on this website — there is no checkout here, and any page claiming otherwise is not ours.
Where payment happens
In the Provzo app, on a booking.
The app is where a service is requested, where a provider accepts, and where the amount for that job is recorded. Payment attaches to that booking, which is what makes a charge traceable to a piece of work.
You book in the app
A request records the service, the address and the amount. See how it works.
A provider accepts and attends
Nothing is charged for a request nobody accepted. Delivery means attendance — see service delivery.
You pay on completion
Cash directly to the provider today. Once the payment step ships, Razorpay will handle the online alternative inside the app.
A refund, if one is due, returns the same way
Back to the instrument that paid. Refund policy.
Payment security
Your card details do not pass through Provzo.
This is the part worth understanding, because it decides who is holding your details and who you are trusting with them.
Handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited
Card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords and wallet credentials are entered on infrastructure the payment processor operates. Provzo does not receive, store or transmit them, and has no database column for a card number.
Provzo holds no money
No escrow, no split settlement, no Provzo wallet, no provider withdrawal balance. A payment is settled by the gateway rather than parked in a Provzo account, which is also why a refund takes settlement time rather than being an instant transfer.
Tied to a booking
Every payment references a booking, and the processor's confirmation carries a payment reference. Those two references together are how support traces a charge or chases a refund.
Whose terms apply
The payment leg is additionally governed by the processor's own terms and privacy notice. You are entitled to know that before you pay.
Never
What Provzo will never ask you for.
If any of these happens, it is not Provzo. Stop, and report it through support.
