Marketplace service

Provzo enables requests between customers and independent providers. Service is delivered at the address and according to the booking details agreed with the provider; the app itself does not perform the physical work.

Prices

Amounts displayed in a booking are recorded service prices or starting prices. Confirm what labour and materials are included before work begins. Do not approve unrecorded additional work without understanding the cost.

Payment methods

Cash paid directly to the provider after completed work is the method the app presents today.

Digital payment is processed by Razorpay and will offer UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI and pay-later options. It is not collectable until the payment step ships in a released build.

Where your card details go

Card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords and wallet credentials are entered on pages operated by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Provzo does not receive, store or transmit them, and no Provzo screen ever asks you to type a card number or a PIN into the app itself.

The payment leg of a booking is additionally governed by the processor’s own terms (https://razorpay.com/terms/) and privacy notice (https://razorpay.com/privacy/).

Provzo does not hold your money

There is no escrow, no split settlement, no Provzo wallet and no provider-withdrawal balance. A digital payment is settled by the gateway; it does not sit in a Provzo account waiting to be released.

One consequence worth knowing: because funds are not held, a refund is a gateway instruction rather than a transfer out of a balance, which is why it takes settlement time to arrive.

Service delivery

Provzo delivers a service at an address, not a shipped product. Nothing is couriered, tracked or posted, and no delivery charge is added to a booking.

Delivery means a provider attending the address recorded on the booking at the agreed time and performing the recorded work. Attendance windows depend on the provider, the category and the district; the app shows the booking state as it changes, and a provider marks the work completed at the end.

Receipts and tax documents

Provzo does not issue a tax invoice for cash paid directly to a provider. Ask the provider whether they are required to issue their own invoice.

A digital payment produces a confirmation from Razorpay carrying the payment reference. Keep it: that reference is what support needs to trace a charge or a refund.

Completion and disputes

A provider marks work completed and the customer can then submit one rating. If the displayed booking record is inaccurate or work is disputed, preserve the booking details and contact verified support when published.
