Safety and incident reporting
Immediate danger, concerns and reporting limits
Revision 2026-08-19.3 · effective 19 August 2026 · 4 sections
Immediate danger
If there is fire, gas, sparking electricity, violence, a medical emergency or another immediate threat, move to safety and contact the appropriate local emergency service. In India, 112 is the integrated emergency number and 108 may be available for ambulance services. Do not wait for Provzo, the assistant, a provider or a support reply.
Stop unsafe work
A customer, provider or staff member should stop or leave work that appears unsafe. Do not touch exposed wiring, investigate gas, enter a dangerous structure or continue work that requires an unavailable licence or safety control.
Preserve a record
For a non-emergency concern, preserve the booking ID, status, messages, receipts issued by the provider and a factual description. Avoid collecting or sharing unrelated identity documents, private conversations or sensitive data.
Reporting availability and limits
A monitored in-app incident-reporting service is not currently available. Use only the verified support or grievance contact published in Business information once those channels are completed. A report is not emergency dispatch, does not guarantee an immediate response and does not replace police, medical, fire, consumer or other lawful remedies.
