Data we use and choices you have

Revision 2026-08-19.3 · effective 19 August 2026 · 8 sections

1. Data we collect

We process your verified mobile number, profile details, service address, language, invitation code, booking details, messages or issue descriptions, ratings and support communications. Providers also submit application, service-area, identity and contact details.

2. Location data

If permission is granted, location can help use the service address and show provider travel progress. A provider may report location while a job is marked on the way. Location permission can be refused or changed in device settings; some location-based functions may then be unavailable.

3. Why data is used

Data is used to authenticate accounts, create and operate bookings, match customers and providers by service area, show status, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain security and comply with legal duties.

4. Assistant and automated guidance

Assistant responses may be generated by a configured AI processor or by limited on-device matching when the processor is unavailable. The problem description and relevant recent conversation context may be sent to that configured processor. Responses can be wrong or incomplete and are not professional, diagnostic, medical or emergency advice. Do not enter passwords, payment credentials, identity-document numbers or unrelated personal information.

5. Sharing and inactive government integrations

Booking information is shared with the assigned customer, provider or active assigned staff member as needed to fulfil the service. Infrastructure providers such as Firebase process data to operate authentication, storage and configured features. No government API is currently active, and no profile is automatically verified against a government database. Any future integration requires a named authority, specific purpose, disclosed data fields and separate scoped consent.

6. Retention and security

Access is restricted using account authentication and database rules. No system is completely secure. Exact retention periods must be finalized before launch; booking and consent records are currently not deleted by the mobile client.

7. Your choices and requests

You may edit supported profile fields, refuse optional permissions, or request access, correction or deletion through the verified contact in Business information. Deletion may require identity verification and review of records that must lawfully be retained.

8. Children and complaints

Provzo is not designed for children to create accounts independently. Privacy questions and grievances should use the verified grievance contact in Business information once published.
