How this site is built to be usable
Website policy · 3 sections
1. What has been done
This site aims at WCAG 2.1 level AA. In practice that means: text and interface colours are checked for contrast when the site is built, and the build fails rather than publishing a combination that falls below the threshold; every page is a single main landmark with a skip link ahead of it; headings run in order; controls are reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus ring.
Colour is never the only way information is conveyed. Motion is limited to small transitions, and those are switched off for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion. The layout reflows to a narrow screen and tolerates enlarged text without clipping.
2. Known limits
The site is written in English. The app is available in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil, but these website pages are not yet translated, and translated policy text will only be published after qualified review.
Support chat depends on JavaScript. Without it the chat panel explains this and points to the questions page.
A dark colour scheme is provided, built only from the palette the app already uses.
3. Tell us if something blocks you
If a page is unusable with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or any assistive technology, say so in support chat and describe what happened. A specific report is far easier to act on than a general one.
Questions about this policy? Talk to support. The same text is available inside the app under Legal & business.
