Assistant and automated guidance
AI, offline guidance and emergency limitations
Revision 2026-08-19.3 · effective 19 August 2026 · 4 sections
Automated assistance
The assistant may use a configured AI model and may fall back to a limited on-device phrase matcher. It can misunderstand a description, omit risk, suggest the wrong category or provide incomplete guidance.
Not professional or emergency advice
Assistant output is general booking guidance, not a diagnosis, inspection or substitute for qualified medical, electrical, gas, structural, legal or other professional advice. Do not use it to perform hazardous repairs.
Deterministic danger warnings
The app checks certain high-risk phrases before contacting an AI service, including fire, gas, sparking electricity and urgent medical language. This check is limited, may not recognize every wording or language, and must not be relied on as a complete safety system.
Emergency action
When danger is suspected, follow the emergency warning, move to safety and contact local emergency services. Do not wait for a marketplace booking. Offline availability does not make the assistant an emergency service.
