Provzo in Malayalam. Malayalam was the first translation after English, which is why its coverage of the booking flow is the most complete of the three.

In Malayalam

  • Navigation, buttons and booking status labels.
  • The booking flow from request through to completion.
  • The assistant, including its offline guidance.
  • Safety and emergency messages, and the danger-word check.
  • Sign-in, role selection, and the provider and team workspaces.

Still English

  • The 131 service names. A mistranslated service name sends the wrong tradesperson to a house.
  • Long-form policy text. Legal wording needs a translator who is accountable for it.
  • Some secondary screens and detailed forms.
The Malayalam interface is translated by hand, not by machine. The policies are a deliberate exception: a machine-translated policy presented as legally equivalent would be worse than leaving it in English, so the policy text stays English until it has had qualified review.

Switching

Choosing Malayalam

The language picker is in the app, not on this website. Your choice is saved on the device and applies whether you are signed in as a customer, a provider or a team member — so a provider reading a job in Malayalam and a customer reading it in another language are looking at the same booking.

Coverage

Widely spoken in

States and union territories in Provzo's coverage list where Malayalam is widely spoken. Every state is multilingual, so this is a rough guide rather than a rule — and the app never picks a language for you based on your address.
